Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply: goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 
We charge a flat shipping rate of €9.90 per order.
For orders of €199.00 or more, we provide free shipping.

International deliveries:
International: Free shipping on orders over €199, otherwise shipping costs €14.90.
For orders of €199.00 or more, we provide free international shipping.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, and internationally within 10 - 14 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Payment by invoice is only available to registered customers.
The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.
