And, in the best case scenario, also enter it into the video archive in a structured manner. For us, this genius is called Ian. He has a special feel for timing, tone, colors and effects. As soon as the recordings are in the box, he disappears behind the screen: sifts through, cuts, snips, plays Tetris with them, reaches into his bag of tricks and scatters confetti! Another video ready to go viral is ready. In his free time he makes music, enjoys being out in nature early in the morning and has been taking photographs for over 12 years.

Magda is our warehouse queen, ensuring with her excellent overview that all products reach customers and partners quickly and reliably. With her kind, cheerful demeanor, a quick quip ready, and an eye for detail, she not only brings order to the warehouse but also good vibes to the team.
She works part-time because she's a full-time mom and loves being out and about as a perfectly styled duo with her little one. Family and friends mean everything to her, and that warmth is evident in her personality.
When she's not moving mountains of boxes, she's drawn to the Allgäu Alps and even peaks over 3000 meters.

Whether paragliding adventures, bivouac flights or competitions around the world, Stephen thrives on challenges. On bad weather days, he enjoys being creative at home, sewing his own clothing and equipment, and spending time with family and friends.
