With his international sales expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and hands-on mentality, Louis brings a breath of fresh air to the DERBLAUE® sales team. His experience ranges from building his own companies and account management for international brands to strategic client development. In short, he is the perfect fit to advance the French market for DERBLAUE®. He studied International Business in France, Finland, and Austria, gaining valuable experience along the way. He has found a new home in the Allgäu region, where he loves to spend his time outdoors—running, hiking, kayaking, or cycling. He is also passionate about English vintage cars, which he restores with dedication and enjoys driving over alpine passes. In his client interactions, Louis demonstrates exactly what sets him apart: listening, understanding, and always finding the best solution. And by the way—his stylish mustache is a regular topic of conversation among the team (especially with his female colleagues 😉).

Our Lucky Lukas – not just because he always brings a good mood with him, but because he has the necessary skill and the right amount of optimism ready for every project. At trade fairs, on video calls, or over the phone: with his charming, engaging manner, he effortlessly convinces customers and partners of the benefits of our products. From day one, he has enriched the team with his genuine "can-do" attitude. Whether it's a customer inquiry, a spontaneously organized meeting, or an IT problem that gives others a headache: Lukas tackles it and solves it in a flash. His versatility makes him a colleague you can rely on at all times. But that’s not all: he’s creative, too. Dennis brings a wealth of practical experience, down-to-earthiness, and directness to the team. As a telesales and trade fair representative, he impresses with his open manner, his intuition for people, and his ability to quickly get to the point. His career path is diverse: from the German Armed Forces to chain catering, and many years in the construction industry, where he built up a broad understanding of trades. Dennis knows how to get things done, understands the challenges in practice, and speaks the language of the customers.

Outside of work, movement is also an important part of his life. Regular training, martial arts, and tactical combat are just as much a part of it for him as snowboarding, skating, and everything that promises adrenaline. As a loving father of a son, openness, honesty, and sincere interaction are particularly important to him. Dennis is a versatile team player with a clear attitude and a genuine hands-on mentality.

Lennart brings one main thing to DERBLAUE®: a genuine enthusiasm for people. With his background in engineering and five years of experience as a project manager, Lennart combines technical understanding with a clear eye for processes and effective communication. For him, sustainability is not just a buzzword, but an attitude that permeates many areas of life.

Lennart is also versatile in his private life. He loves art and music, movement in all its facets, good conversations, and new perspectives. He especially enjoys being where life, energy, and genuine connection are palpable—whether traveling, experiencing other cultures, or meeting new people.

Ladies and gentlemen, may we introduce you to this charming colleague? As her hyphenated name suggests, our dear colleague Vanessa comes from France. In her, we have found the ideal addition to our sales team to provide perfect support for the French market. Her wish to work in her native language and part-time has also come true. When she is not on the phone with our French customers and partners, she prefers to spend her free time with her family, cycling through the Allgäu countryside, or baking cakes—something the team already benefited from during her first days.

Pia is the heart and soul of our office. She is our point of contact for all questions regarding orders, invoices, and complaints. She plans and organizes trade fairs for the team and is our expert for all customs matters. A true all-rounder with a big heart and a great sense of humor. You can always have fun with Pia, including outside of work at festivals, concerts, or cozy cooking and game nights.

"How can I help?" is the motto of our dear colleague Maja. As Aftersales Manager, she not only looks after our customers and partners regarding complaints, but also supports the rest of the admin team wherever she can. She goes through the day in a good mood and full of optimism, and is not easily rattled by anything. Her motivation and dedication extend beyond her work. In her spare time, she is a passionate carnival dancer, a member of the 17er council, and has been volunteering as a trainer for the mini dance troupe for many years.

Venezuela, Canada, France – and now the Allgäu. Our Lorraine has already seen quite a bit of the world and even studied in France. Germany has been her home for ten years. With us, she keeps purchasing, logistics, and scheduling running smoothly and always knows where every piece of stock is located. Organization and systems are her thing, and ever since she joined, the warehouse staff suddenly counts inventory with enthusiasm. She is truly passionate about logistics: she completed a dual master's degree in Kempten, and anyone who has heard her talk about supply chains needs no further explanation. She also has an infectious personality – funny, full of life, and always in a good mood. She finds balance outdoors while hiking, climbing, cycling, or stand-up paddling on the Alpsee. And by the way: Lorraine cycles to the office. Rain or shine.

Eva has known DERBLAUE® since the very beginning. In marketing, she is responsible for everything related to communication, structure, and further development. In addition to campaigns, content, and strategic topics, her areas of responsibility also include resource and capacity planning, goal setting, feedback, and the establishment of clear processes. With her flair for language, brand impact, and people, she is a key contact within the team and actively helps shape the development of DERBLAUE®. In her private life, Eva is very interested in personal development, mindset, and consciousness. She finds her balance through swimming and yoga.

When it comes to "making things pretty," Esther is our No. 1 go-to person in marketing. As a graphic designer, she gives our creatives that final polish and develops fresh, brand-effective ideas. Whether she’s revising our flyers and brochures or designing creative ads for print and digital, Esther dives right in and applies her design skills with enthusiasm. She prefers to clear her head by bouldering or wakeboarding. She finds inspiration in photography and traveling to far-off lands.

Your surname translates to "nightingale." A bird that has stood for creativity, inspiration, and lightness for centuries—and that is exactly what Anastasia brings to the table. From day one, she has taken on many tasks, providing enormous relief to the team. Whether in marketing, at trade fairs, or in strategic and administrative processes, Anastasia impresses with fresh ideas, clear visions, and a sure instinct for imagery and video. As a trained product designer, she provides valuable insights into how we can further develop our product range. She finds balance and inspiration through travel, photography, and music.

Behind every great video is a brilliant editor who filters the best content out of hours of raw footage and assembles it into a masterpiece. And, in the best case scenario, systematically adds it to the video archive as well. At our company, this genius is named Ian. He has a special instinct for timing, tone, colors, and effects. As soon as the filming is wrapped, he disappears behind his screen: reviewing, cutting, trimming, playing Tetris with the clips, digging into his bag of tricks, and tossing confetti! Once again, a video is ready to go viral. In his free time, he makes music, loves being out in nature early in the morning, and has been taking photographs for over 12 years.

Magda is our warehouse queen and uses her keen oversight to ensure that all products reach our customers and partners quickly and reliably. With her kind, fun-loving nature, a quick quip on her lips, and an eye for detail, she brings not only order to the warehouse but also a great vibe to the team.

She works part-time because she is a devoted mom and loves being out and about as a stylish duo with her little one. Family and friends mean everything to her, and you can really feel that in her warm personality.

When she isn't moving mountains of cardboard, she is drawn to the Allgäu Alps and peaks even higher than 3,000 meters.

With Sonja, our warehouse is gaining energetic support and a colleague who is starting this new chapter in her life with great motivation. With her open nature, life experience, and positive charisma, she is quickly integrating into the team and getting stuck in with enthusiasm. Previously, she spent over ten years supporting her husband in his self-employment, running a café with him in Oberstdorf. Now she is consciously daring to try something new and is looking forward to the tasks and challenges at DERBLAUE®. Sonja radiates motivation and brings exactly that energy into her everyday work. In her private life, she is an absolute family person. She loves social game nights, enjoys cycling with friends, or appreciates getting moving in nature while power walking.

Stephen is originally from Great Britain and holds degrees in mechanical engineering and manufacturing technology. With us, he is responsible for product management and oversees our products from development and procurement through to production, quality control, and certifications. Additionally, he supports the sales team in English-speaking markets. With his analytical eye and high quality standards, Stephen ensures that ideas are transformed into well-thought-out, market-ready products. Outside of work, he is drawn to the mountains. Whether paragliding adventures, bivouac flights, or competitions worldwide, Stephen loves a challenge. When the weather is bad, he sews his own clothing and equipment and spends time with family and friends.
