Wir suchen einen Social Media Manager (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt
Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 2020 während der Corona-Pandemie sind wir dank starker Social Media-Präsenz und über 50 Millionen Views auf Instagram rasant gewachsen. Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Kreative Content-Entwicklung: Konzeption und Umsetzung von ansprechenden, zielgruppengerechten Content-Ideen für unsere Social-Media-Plattformen (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Content-Erstellung und -Veröffentlichung: Produktion von Text-, Bild- und Video-Content, der unsere Marke DERBLAUE® authentisch widerspiegelt und unsere Community begeistert.
- Storytelling & Markenentwicklung: Erzähle die Geschichte von DERBLAUE® spannend und emotional – zeige, wie unsere Produkte den Arbeitsalltag im Handwerk revolutionieren.
- Trendanalyse & Innovation: Erkenne Social Media Trends frühzeitig und setze neue, kreative Formate um, die unsere Community inspirieren.
- Teamarbeit & Kollaboration: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing- und Vertriebsteam, um den Markenauftritt zu optimieren und Unternehmensziele zu erreichen.
Das bringst Du mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaften, Online/Digital/Social Media Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Sicherer Umgang mit Bild- und Videobearbeitungssoftware (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro). - Kreativität, Gespür für Trends und die Fähigkeit, unsere Markenbotschaft authentisch zu kommunizieren.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
- Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem jungen Startup
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und kommunizierst offen und klar.
- Du bist flexibel und daran interessiert, Dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Auch Quereinsteiger mit einer starken Affinität zu Social Media sind herzlich willkommen!
