DERBLAUE ^® Complete Set
delivers an “all-round, worry-free package” for every application! Liquids can be collected in the highly flexible Professional Tub and pumped away using the powerful Pump System, powered by a power supply or splash-proof Battery. The Helper-Set included in the scope of delivery ensures maximum cleanliness of the construction site, consisting of a Slide, Single- and Double-Splash-Guard. While the Splash-Guards serve as splash protection around pipes, the Slide directs liquids specifically into the Professional-Tub. All products are equipped with strong bending metal elements that can be shaped as often as required and can therefore also be used for tight, narrow or angled installation situations.

Note: This product is not suitable for drinking water. It may only be used with non-potable liquids, as otherwise the water quality may be impaired.

Does the pump switch off automatically?
No. The pump does not have a float switch, but it can run dry independently for 45 minutes and does not need to be monitored the whole time.

How low can the bathtub be installed?
Our tub is suitable for particularly narrow, low, or awkwardly shaped installation situations. It can be pressed so flat that it can even be pushed under openings as small as 5mm.

Is the bathtub permanently waterproof?
Yes. Our tub is made from a very robust, fabric-reinforced special tarpaulin that is permanently waterproof.

Exception: Damage caused by sharp objects or tools, as well as by the surface it rests on. Care must be taken to avoid damaging the tub. However, small holes or cracks in the tub bottom can be repaired with our repair kit.

For which liquids is the tub suitable?

The tub is resistant to all common liquids, including contaminated heating water, glycol-containing liquids, hydraulic and heating oil, and many others.

Is the tub really stable during use?
Bend the tub into the exact shape you need, and it will remain stable and hold its shape. It cannot collapse on its own unless subjected to a load.

How long do the bending elements last?
Our bathtub has been on the market for three years and we have not yet received a single complaint due to defective metal components. Should they break, however, the metal components can be purchased as spare parts and replaced.

Is there an on/off switch for the pump?
No, not if the pump is powered by a power supply. In this case, the power supply must be connected to or disconnected from a power source to start or stop the pumping process.

Yes, if the pump is battery-operated. It has an on/off button.

Is there a specific sequence to follow when starting up the pump?
Yes. If the pump is powered by the power supply, it is important to first plug the power supply into the wall socket. And then connect the pump to the power supply.

Can the pump also be used individually?
Yes. Thanks to the pump's very compact design, it even fits through 50mm openings.

For example, if the emptying of buffer storage tanks is defective, the pump can be placed from above through a small opening.

What hose length is suitable for operating the pump?
The DERBLAUE® package includes a 3m hose. However, the hose length can be extended up to 50m if required.

How does the battery charge?
The battery switch must be pressed during charging. The power adapter's indicator light changes from green to red during the charging process.

How can the charge level be read?
The battery has a voltage indicator. Please refer to the yellow table on the battery casing.

Example:

12.6V = 100% charged. 10.8V = 50% charged.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Charging a completely empty battery takes approximately 3 hours. The pump can also be operated temporarily using only the power adapter.

How robust is the battery?
The battery was designed for construction sites and specially foamed inside the housing to make it very stable and ensure that even hard impacts do not impair its function.

For which liquids is the slide suitable?
The slide is resistant to all common liquids, including contaminated heating water, glycol-containing liquids, hydraulic and heating oil, and many others.

How can the slide be attached?
1) The slide can be fixed to metallic surfaces/objects via the neodymium magnets incorporated in the suspension tabs, or combined with the bending metal elements of the tub or the rosettes.

2) The slide can also be attached to the suspension system using the eyelets.

Is it possible to replace the bending metal parts on the slide?
Due to its design, the bent metal elements of the slide cannot be replaced. However, experience has shown that these elements can withstand a great many bending cycles.

Can the slide be repaired if it is damaged?
Small holes or tears can be repaired with our patch kit. Bending metal elements on the slide cannot be replaced.

For which pipe diameters is the single rosette suitable?
The single rosette can be used for pipe diameters of 21-26mm.

How long does the mushroom-head Velcro fastener last?
The mushroom-head Velcro fastener can withstand approximately 500 openings/closings.

Can the rosettes be repaired if damaged?
Small holes or cracks can be repaired with our patch kit. Due to their design, the bendable metal elements on the rosettes cannot be replaced.
