Sales Trainee (m/f/d) in Sonthofen
Fair remuneration: €2,500 – €3,000 gross per month + your sales commission.
Your tasks with us:
- As a team, you will learn step by step how to present our developments perfectly. We get you ready for your mission.
- You will learn how to work perfectly and effectively on the computer with our CRM (customer system).
- You will have important conversations with companies and retailers and learn how to market our products!
- You have the opportunity to travel with our DERBLAUE ® team at trade fairs all over Germany, get to know face2face customers and present our products.
- Together with your team leader, you will regularly go through your tasks, communication skills and personal goals in order to further develop yourself and move the company forward!
Job Requirements
We are looking for open-minded, open and optimistic people who are sociable. You should be at least 18 years old. Requirements that are also important to us:
- Flexibility: You love variety, perhaps in the office, at the trade fair or on the road in the company car visiting customers. Let’s talk about your options together!
- Determination: You are always looking for new challenges that will further develop your personality and bring with them a sense of success.
- Willingness to learn: You want to gain more experience in sales, be trained by the best sales trainers from Germany and pass on your knowledge to other employees.
- Qualification: Secondary school diploma or higher educational qualification.
