Shooting Day: A visit to STILL GmbH
Why the slogan "STILL Smart Service. Anytime. Reliable. Fast." is not just a marketing message, but a genuine company philosophy, became clear to us during our filming day at the Weinstadt site near Stuttgart. Of course, we already knew that STILL uses our products in its service operations, thus setting a clear example for cleanliness and efficiency. But what we experienced on-site genuinely surprised us in a positive way.

The greeting set the tone right from the start. Carmen Diebel, who has been with STILL for 26 years and was our contact person for organizing the shoot, made us feel welcome from the very first moment. You can immediately tell when people don't just do their job, but live it with conviction and passion.
This became particularly clear in conversations with training manager Nils Busse and the apprentices in the workshop. At STILL, people are the priority, not just as a platitude, but in everyday practice. The atmosphere is respectful, open, and almost familial. Everyone supports each other, pitches in, and treats each other as equals. This positive environment is felt not only as a team, but also as partners.
And this is precisely where the circle closes back to the concept of service. For us, "Smart Service" means not only reacting quickly and reliably, but also working cleanly, systematically, and efficiently. Processes that function smoothly in everyday practice because the right tools are used and because there are people behind them who take responsibility.
