We are looking for a full-time Performance Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible
Are E-commerce, marketplaces, email performance, SEO, and growth second nature to you? Do you already have experience in these areas and are ready to take the next big step in your career? Your responsibilities:
- Implementing performance marketing under the guidance of our specialized agency: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and retargeting
- Assisting in the analysis and further development of e-commerce & marketplaces: Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other relevant platforms
- Email marketing: Helping to build and optimize newsletters, target groups, and automated flows
- SEO & Conversion: Analyzing and documenting search behavior, supporting website optimization, and developing tests throughout the customer journey
- Creative & Copy: Testing hooks, ads, headlines, images, videos, and texts, and assisting in their further development
- Analytics: Documenting CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, CTR, and CPC, and deriving actionable measures in collaboration with the team lead.
- AI & Marketing Operations: Utilizing ChatGPT, Claude, and other tools, as well as providing operational support for digital campaigns and activities.
You will learn from experienced specialists
Our e-commerce and performance marketing agency supports us in paid media, CRM/Klaviyo, CRO, tracking, creative strategy, and e-commerce. You will work with proven systems, benchmarks, and templates, and gradually take on more topics independently.
