Wir suchen einen Video-Editor & Producer (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt
Du liebst es, Videos nicht nur zu schneiden, sondern auch zu produzieren?
Dann bist DU bei uns richtig! Als Video-Editor & Producer bei DERBLAUE® begleitest Du den gesamten Prozess – von der Idee, über den Dreh bis zum finalen Social-Media-Clip, der unsere Community begeistert.
Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Eigenständige Planung & Produktion von Video-Content (Social Media, Ads, Website, YouTube)
- Dreharbeiten: Kameraarbeit, Ton & Licht bei Produkt- und Kampagnenvideos
- Schnitt & Postproduktion: Videos bearbeiten, optimieren & fertigstellen
- Kreative Umsetzung von Storytelling in kurzen, prägnanten Formaten
- Entwicklung neuer Ideen & Trends im Bereich Video-Marketing
Das bringst Du mit:
- Erfahrung in Videoproduktion und Schnitt (Kamera, Licht, Ton, Premiere Pro, o.ä.). Gern gesehen: eigener YouTube-, Tiktok-, oder Insta-Kanal
- Kreatives Auge für Storytelling, Timing & Dynamik
- Gespür für Social-Media-Trends und Content, der performt
- Eigeninitiative, schnelle Umsetzung und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
- Bonus: Erfahrung mit Motion Graphics oder Sounddesign
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem jungen Startup
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und kommunizierst offen und klar.
