Wir suchen neue Kollegen (m/w/d) für den Bereich Verkauf mit Schwerpunkt Telesales speziell für den französischen Markt
Du bist Native-Speaker oder sprichst fließend Französisch und liebst es, zu telefonieren? Dann ist dieser Job genau das Richtige für Dich! Teilzeit oder Vollzeit möglich, faire Vergütung mit leistungsorientierter Provision.
Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Kundenkontakt per E-Mail, Telefon und Video-Call mit allen französischen Partnern und die es werden sollen
- Beratung unserer Kunden hinsichtlich ihrer Ziele
- Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme zu Kunden und Erzeugung von Interesse an einem Beratungstermin
- Pflege von Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System
- Beratung und Hilfestellung zu unseren Produkten
- Vorkenntnisse sind nicht notwendig. Du wirst intensiv eingearbeitet und lernst einen bewährten Prozess kennen, den Du bei Deiner täglichen Arbeit anwenden wirst. Was zählt, ist Deine Motivation zu telefonieren und Kunden zu überzeugen!
Stellenanforderungen
- Du beherrschst die deutsche und französische Sprache ausgezeichnet (mündlich & schriftlich)
- Kenntnisse in anderen Sprachen (Englisch) sind wünschenswert
- Du bist vertriebsorientiert und engagiert
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kundenwünsche
- Du telefonierst gerne und liebst es, mit anderen Menschen zu kommunizieren
- Du bist auch in stressigen Situationen gelassen und leistungsbereit
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit PC und Standardsoftware
- Du hast eine präzise, saubere und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
