Wir suchen einen Social Media Manager (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mit dem Fokus auf Video & Content Creation
Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 2020 während der Corona-Pandemie sind wir dank starker Social Media-Präsenz und über 50 Millionen Views auf Instagram rasant gewachsen. Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Strategien mit Fokus auf Videocontent (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Eigenständige Konzeption, Produktion und Postproduktion von Videos (Dreh, Schnitt, Animation, Untertitel, Sound).
- Erstellung von Storyboards und Skripten für kurze Social-Media-Clips und Kampagnenvideos.
- Analyse von Performance-Kennzahlen und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Video-Contents.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing & Produktteam, um unsere Marke authentisch und kreativ zu präsentieren.
- Trend-Scouting: Du hast aktuelle Video- und Social-Media-Trends im Blick und setzt sie in innovative Formate um.
Das bringst Du mit:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich Medien, Kommunikation, Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung im Social-Media-Management und in der Videoproduktion (Dreh & Schnitt).
- Sicherer Umgang mit Kamera, Licht, Ton und gängigen Schnittprogrammen (z. B. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Kreativer Blick für Storytelling, Bildsprache und Social-Media-Ästhetik.
- Gespür für aktuelle Social-Media-Trends, virale Formate und zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikation.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
- Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem jungen Startup
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und kommunizierst offen und klar.
- Du bist flexibel und daran interessiert, Dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
