We are looking for new colleagues (m/f/d) for the sales department who are interested in telesales and trade fairs.
Do you love inspiring customers both on the phone and at trade fairs? Then this job is perfect for you! With a split of approximately 50% between the two, you'll experience pure variety in your sales activities. Sound exciting?
Your tasks with us:
- Customer contact via email, telephone and video call
- Advising our clients regarding their goals
- Contacting customers by phone and generating interest in scheduling a consultation appointment
- Maintaining customer data in our CRM system
- Advice and support regarding our products
- Setting up and dismantling the exhibition stand as well as sales during a trade fair
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in telesales and/or trade fairs, is desirable.
Job requirements
- You have excellent command of German and English (spoken & written).
- Knowledge of other languages (French) would be desirable.
- You are sales-oriented and committed.
- You have a strong sense for customer needs.
- You enjoy talking on the phone and love communicating with other people.
- You remain calm and productive even in stressful situations.
- You are proficient in using PCs and standard software.
- You have a precise, clean and independent work style.
